Sōra is a brand born from the desire to create a place where time slows down and simple moments gain meaning. The project involved building the identity from the ground up, from finding the right name to shaping a visual universe that feels calm, harmonious, and memorable.

An identity created for a space of balance, connection, and quiet presence.

NAMING

Sōra is a name inspired by Japanese, where it means “sky”, a symbol of calm, freedom, and balance.

At the same time, it carries the resonance of the Romanian word “soră”, evoking authenticity, connection, and closeness.

A short and memorable name, created to convey warmth and emotion.

LOGO

The Sōra logo combines soft, rounded shapes with minimalist details that suggest a horizon and the light of a calm sunrise.

The letter “O” becomes the iconic element, a graphic representation of moments when time slows down.

A simple, balanced, and instantly recognizable aesthetic.

BRANDING

The visual identity is built around the idea of calm and harmony.
Warm colors, minimalist typography, and organic-inspired shapes create a universe where design becomes a feeling.

The Sōra brand extends across all visual elements, from packaging and stationery to signage and the in-space experience, forming a coherent and elegant identity.
